On Moral Truth
Moral truth is unknowable absent a divine being communicating such truths with humanity. These truths have been passed down to humanity in the ancient literary works either found in the Tanakh or recognized within Athanasius of Alexandria’s list. These works comprise many ancient literary forms and require study and contemplation to understand their application in a modern context.
The nature of Divine Communication
As the recipients of divine communication are themselves humans found within a given cultural and chronological milieu, divine communication is tailored to be understood by the initial recipient. The divine is by no means prevented from employing hyperbole, memes, satire, genre, parody, or any other communicative device. As such, the intents or purpose of a scriptural text as would be understood by the original recipient is the sacred truth to be followed.
The Most High Divine Being
Yahweh is the Most High divine being. He is supreme among all divine beings and the only divine being worthy of allegiance. He exists as a spiritual being entirely apart from humanity, while at the same time existing in human form as the Christ, and likewise existing as a spirit occupying those who have placed their allegiance in Yahweh. Just as light is a wave and a particle, Yahweh defies overly simplistic categorization.
The Unseen Realms
The cosmos is more complex than what we can perceive through human senses. There exists a variety of categorically divine beings who exist and at times interact with the physical realm of humanity. These include the Most High (Yahweh), Bene Elohim (Sons of God/Watchers/Heavenly Host), malakim (angels/messengers), throne guardians (cherubim/seraphim), demons (disembodied Nephalim), and disembodied human dead. The Bene Elohim were granted custodianship of ancient nations due to human rebellion against Yahweh; however, all nations are in the process of reclamation through the reconciliatory nature of the Christ.
The Role of Humanity
Humanity is meant to be like the Bene Elohim characteristically. Its purpose is to take part in the divine bureaucracy within the physical realm: as above, so below. In an act of reversal made possible through the Christ, and the placement of the Most High’s very spirit into his faithful, humanity is being prepared to become Bene Elohim who faithfully administer the cosmos.
On Sinfulness
Contrary to popular opinion, sin is not something one does so much as what one fails to do. Specifically it is a failure to show total allegiance to the Most High. When one recognizes the authority of the Most High and their role in the cosmos as his agents they do not sin. Sin occurs when the individual forgets or rejects Yahweh’s position as Most High. There is none but the Christ himself who has displayed perfect allegiance and is thus sinless.
The Nature of Sacrifice
Disallegiance is forgiven by the Most High when one submits and takes their place in the divine bureaucracy; however, there still exists the problem of the contamination of disallegiance which must be atoned for and is incompatible with an entirely holy divine being. To this end, the Most High sacrificed his very self as the Christ to atone and create a condition of holiness in those who follow him. This makes way for the Most High’s own spirit to reside within the follower.
